Pharmacy Technician

Dependable Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Pharmacy Technician for an temp to perm opportunity in Scottsdale.

The Pharmacy Technician will work with pharmacist and be required to receive prescriptions, complete data entry, dispense, and package prescriptions for shipping and coordinate prescription home deliveries. Qualified candidates will be considered for management position which will also require organization and management of the pharmacy. Hours are Monday- Friday 8-4pm or 9-5pm. The position will start on or before 12/31, candidates must have completed application and new hire process. Certified pharmacy technician candidates must be dependable and punctual, able to multitask, able to work well with others and have excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Qualified Pharmacy Technician candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and a valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician license.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); passing score on the PTCB exam. A minimum of one year of Pharmacy Technician experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Qualified applicant must successfully pass and maintain the following in addition to standard hiring requirements: Arizona CPhT Certificate active and in good standing without prior disciplinary action, CPhT certificate, criminal background check, drug screen, and a minimum of two employment references.
