Experienced Pharmacist needed for long term outpatient pharmacy opportunity. This position is to work within the Native American Healthcare system Monday- Friday for 90 days in Northern Arizona. Furnished housing and mileage provided for travel positions. Job duties include: Consult with medical staff on dosing, side effects, and interactions of medications as needed, order verification and entry, counsel patients on medication therapy and interactions, managing workflow, read, interpret and evaluate physician orders. Job Requirements: One year recent experience, immunization history to included TDAP, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TB screen, Arizona Pharmacist License.
