Medical Assistant

Dependable Staffing Services in Phoenix is seeking professional, energetic, organized, and driven professionals to join our team as Medical Assistants. We offer stable full and part time employment opportunities in family practice clinics throughout the valley. Available positions are in a wide range of practice departments with age groups ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.   

Candidates must have excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills. Must be able to multi-task and work well with clinic staff members. Must be able to communicate well with clinicians, other medical professionals, patients and patient representatives.

Job Duties include:

• Demonstrate excellent customer service in responding to patient inquiries
• Preauths/Referrals/Prescription Refills
• Proactive Chart Prep
• Room Patients
• Administer vaccinations
• Assist Clinician and/or Nurse with exams and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Medical Assistant Diploma
• CPR Certification
• TB Screen
• MMR vaccination or titers
• Minimum 1 year recent experience as a Medical Assistant
