Pharmacy Technician

Pharmacy Technician needed for Outpatient and Specialty Pharmacy opportunities.

Current available opportunities include PRN outpatient pharmacy and specialty pharmacy, local and travel positions. These opportunities offer excellent hourly pay rates, weekly mileage reimbursements and provides furnished housing for travel positions.

Job Duties Include:
(In accordance with state and federal regulations)

• Assists pharmacist to fill, dispense prescriptions for customers
• Assist customers at front end
• Cashier
• Answer phone and make out bound calls to patients and providers as needed for clarification and notifications
• Retrieves prescriptions
• Data entry
• Orders and stock supplies
• Maintain neat and clean work area
• Be able to learn new computer system easily
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements Include:

•  Must have current Arizona Pharmacy Technician Certification
•  Have at least 1 year of recent Pharmacy Technician experience
•  Current PPD
•  Current MMR Titer/ Vaccination records
•  Current Varicella Titer/ Vaccination records
•  Must be dependable, be able to multitask and be detail oriented.
